 2.            INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

2.1            The information on this website is general information about my services. It does not take account of your situation, and it is not advice for your business.

2.2            Prices shown on this website, including in my service and pricing guide, are a starting guide. They are not an offer, and your price is confirmed in a written proposal before any work begins.

 3.            ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS

3.1            An enquiry form or a Calendly booking is a request to speak with me. It does not create a contract.

3.2            Work begins under a proposal and my Client Agreement, which are sent to you separately.

 4.            BUYING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE

4.1            I do not currently sell products or services through this website.

4.2            If I offer products or services for sale here in future, the terms of sale, including price, delivery and refunds, will be shown before you place your order, and those terms will apply to your purchase alongside these terms.

 5.            INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1            The words, designs, images, logos, branding and other content on this website belong to me, or are used with permission.

5.2            You may read this website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use its content in your own materials without my written permission.

5.3            Templates, guides and other materials I deliver to clients are covered by the Client Agreement, not by these terms.

6.1            This website may link to other websites. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

7.1            This website is hosted by Squarespace. I do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of faults, and I may change or remove content at any time.

8.1            My Privacy Policy explains how I handle personal information, and my Cookies Policy explains the cookies this website uses. Both form part of these terms.
